first met!

I've got to confess that returning to a blog wasn't an original idea. I was encouraged by my sweetheart Danielle. But most of the things I shared on my previous blog weren't original ideas, so this seems surprisingly fitting!

I hope to keep a little journal of my thoughts here. The more interesting ones, anyway. Some of my thoughts probably aren't worth repeating. The other day I thought,

What if instead of heads, people all had big mail boxes? And the mailbox door would open up every time you talked? That'd be so weird... but really funny.

See, I should have kept that one to myself. 

I've felt life becoming a great, daily adventure as of late. My marriage to Danielle Christine has already begun teaching me incredible things about myself, my relationship with God, and who I'm called to be in the sight of others. It's a beautiful, challenging, humbling experience that I know will continue to shape me for as long as I live.
 
I may write about that. I may also write about my failed Barbecue Salmon 'n Swiss Sandwich that nearly destroyed the house. This was also a dangerous adventure.

I'll try to keep things pretty lighthearted around here. Hopefully you'll enjoy the musings of this crazy kid. It's still very exciting to have a chance to write. Thank goodness for a safe haven of intelligent discussion like the internet!
